    VIKTORIJA TODOROVSKA IS A FOOD AND WINE EDUCATOR WITH A PASSION FOR exploring the world of food through simple and flavorful combinations of high-quality ingredients. She studied Italian cooking at Apicius, the International School of Hospitality in Florence. Since her first visit to the southern Italian region of Puglia, she has been fascinated by its foods, wines, and people. She lives in Chicago, where she teaches cooking and wine courses.
