    Jam Thyme Fizz

    Bubbly and bursting with rhubarb flavor.

    • 1 bar spoon rhubarb jam
    • 1/2 ounce Cinnamon Syrup
    • 1/2 ounce fresh lime juice
    • 1 ounce VSOP cognac
    • 2 ounces prosecco sparkling wine
    • Sprig thyme (for garnish)

    To mixing glass, add jam, Cinnamon Syrup, lime juice, and cognac. Add ice to tin. Shake well. Strain into champagne flute. Top with prosecco.

    Garnish with a thyme sprig.
