Serve before any meal as an aperitif.
To mixing glass, add vermouth, orange curaçao, lemon juice, and Passion Fruit Purée. Add ice to tin. Shake well. Add spumante. Rock contents of shaker gently. Strain into cocktail glass.
Garnish with an orange and lemon spiral.
