Crisp citrus with a nutty sweetness.
Place 1 tall glass of ice in blender. Add vodka, cranberry juice, orange juice, lime juice, and 2 lychee nuts. Blend until ice is crushed. Pour into a tall glass.
Garnish with remaining lychee nut on a cocktail pick.
