    Honeydew Sake Cocktail

    Elevate the subtle flavors of honeydew with lemon grass and sake. Serve with Asian cuisine.

    • Juice of 1 medium lemon (approximately 1 1/2 ounces)
    • 5 1-inch honeydew cubes
    • 2 ounces sake
    • 1/2 ounce Lemon Grass Syrup
    • Small stalk of lemon grass (for garnish)

    To mixing glass, add lemon juice and 4 honeydew cubes. Muddle. Add sake and Lemon Grass Syrup. Add ice to tin. Shake well. Strain into cocktail glass.

    Garnish with remaining honeydew cube speared with a stalk of lemon grass.
