Elevate the subtle flavors of honeydew with lemon grass and sake. Serve with Asian cuisine.
To mixing glass, add lemon juice and 4 honeydew cubes. Muddle. Add sake and Lemon Grass Syrup. Add ice to tin. Shake well. Strain into cocktail glass.
Garnish with remaining honeydew cube speared with a stalk of lemon grass.
