Subtle and delicious.
In a mixing glass, muddle 4 cantaloupe cubes, 1 pineapple cube, and cherry. Add lemon juice, simple syrup, orange liqueur, and bourbon. Add ice to tin. Shake well. Strain into a crushed-ice-filled rocks glass.
Garnish with remaining cantaloupe and pineapple cubes and cherry.
