Kick up your party with this hot and cool cocktail. Serve with chips and salsa.
Add mango cubes and jalapeño wheels to sauté pan with Simple Syrup. Sauté on medium heat until mango is soft. Cool.
Add lemon sorbet to rocks glass. In mixing glass, muddle mango compote, Fresh Sour, and tequila. Add ice to tin. Shake well. Strain over sorbet. Zest about 1/4 teaspoon of lime over cocktail. Enjoy with a spoon and straw.
