    Breakfast Cocktail

    A favorite addition to any brunch.

    • 2 ounces fresh apricot juice
    • 1 ounce fresh orange juice
    • 2 ounces orange vodka
    • 1/2 ounce pink grapefruit juice
    • Apricot slice (for garnish)

    In an electric juicer, separately juice 1 ripe apricot and then 1 orange. Add orange vodka, apricot juice, orange juice, and pink grapefruit juice to mixing glass. Add ice to tin. Shake well. Add crushed ice to tall glass. Strain cocktail into glass.

    Garnish with an apricot slice.

    Tip:
    Omit the vodka to make a delicious alcohol-free version.
