    Kiwi Tangerine Infusion

    Bright flavors with the warmth of rum.

    • 5 pounds kiwi (peeled and sliced)
    • 2 pounds tangerines (peeled and sliced into wedges)
    • 2 750 ml white rum

    Layer fruit into 3-quart glass infusion jar. Add rum. Save liquor bottles. Let rest at room temperature for 7 days. Using a funnel and sieve, strain into original bottles. Store in refrigerator.
