    Harvest Time

    • 4 bar spoons super fine sugar
    • 1/4 bar spoon cinnamon
    • Lime wedge
    • Pear slice (for garnish) (Use juice of lemon wedge on pear slice to prevent it from turning brown or oxidizing)

    Add Fig and Pear Infusion, juice, and Fresh Sour to mixing glass. Add ice to tin. Shake well. Strain into sugar–cinnamon rimmed cocktail glass.

    Garnish with a pear slice.

    to rim the glass: On a small plate, combine sugar and cinnamon. Rim the outside top of the glass with lime wedge. Roll the outside rim of the cocktail glass in sugar mixture. Set aside.
