A great complement to savory or spicy food.
In mixing glass, squeeze juice from lime wedge over fennel seeds and muddle. Add tequila and fresh orange juice. Add ice to tin. Shake well. Fill tall glass with crushed ice. Strain cocktail into glass.
Garnish with a lime wheel.
