Bring a touch of summer to autumn.
To mixing glass, add coconut rum, coconut water, pineapple juice, and lime juice. Add ice to tin. Shake well. Strain into coconut-rimmed cocktail glass. Garnish with a pineapple leaf.
to rim the glass: Measure honey onto a small plate. Measure coconut flakes onto a different small plate. First, rotate the rim of the glass in the honey, coating the top outer lip. Next, roll the honey rim in the coconut until it is evenly coated. Set aside.
