A perfect treat after raking leaves or enjoying the crisp autumn air.
In mixing glass, muddle persimmon cubes and Fresh Sour. Add pomegranate juice, 3 cloves, and brandy. Add ice to tin. Shake well. Double-strain into glass using the strainer on the shaker while pouring contents through a sieve placed over the glass.
Garnish with an orange wedge decorated with remaining cloves.
